  WHAT HAPPENED?

  The star of X-Men, Inglourious Basterds and most recently David Fincher's The Killer, appeared on on Wednesday to discuss his Liverpool fandom. Asked whether he would prefer to play club legend Steven Gerrard or Klopp on screen, Fassbender replied with the latter, before doing his best impression of the German.

  A small blemish on the German's record was the Europa League defeat in Toulouse last week, which saw Klopp drowned out in the post-match press conference in bizarre fashion. He will be hoping his side can get back to winning ways when they take on leaders City in a top-of-the-table clash on November 25.
